This award recognises employers who demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and their families.
About the ERS scheme
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme encourages organisations to pledge, demonstrate, and advocate for their support for the Armed Forces Covenant.
There are three levels of achievement – Bronze, Silver, and Gold with the Gold Award representing the highest level of recognition.
Having previously held the Silver Award, Modality Partnership has now been recognised at gold level for its continued dedication and commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
