The award was presented at the second annual Lewisham General Practice Excellence Awards, held on Friday, 31st January 2025, an event dedicated to honoring excellence and innovation in primary care. By prioritizing excellence in service, digital transformation, and community engagement, Modality Lewisham has set a benchmark for primary care networks across the country. Winning this accolade underscores the dedication of its healthcare professionals and the positive impact they continue to make in improving patient outcomes.

Being shortlisted for Practice of the Year, PCN of the Year, Innovation in Health Award (for pioneering the use of Ambient AI Scribe in clinical consultations), and the System Collaboration Award (for advancing clinical call handling) reflects the dedication and innovation that define Modality Lewisham.
