Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you. If you new or worsening symptoms you can contact us online using our online form..

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)

    Questions about your results

    If your result is abnormal or requires action, we will contact you, if you do not hear from us and you are still experiencing symptoms please complete the ongoing health problem tile on our online form.

    NHS App

    We encourage all patients who are able to complete their request via the NHS App. However, for those patients who are not able, please still telephone your practice and our Patient Services Team will complete the request form on your behalf.

    ​We aim to review all routine queries that are submitted before 2 pm on the same working day, however it may take up to 48 hours for us to contact you with our response. Clinically urgent enquiries will be prioritised. We may ask you to contact other more suitable healthcare services.
